What can it not do?
- Not legal advice: it applies the late fee rule you enter and does not check state or city late-fee limits
- Does not calculate security deposit interest, collect rent, or store ledgers; download the files to keep them (links expire after about an hour)
- US dollars; proration applies when rent is due on the 1st
- Up to 10 years and 5,000 payments per ledger
