The service
LeaseLine Rent Ledger is a tool provided by Zovo for use inside ChatGPT and other MCP clients. LeaseLine Rent Ledger is a rent ledger and prorated rent calculator for small landlords and property managers. Give it the lease terms and the payments you received, typed or as a CSV or Excel file, and it builds a tenant ledger: rent charged each month, prorated move-in and move-out months, late fees by your lease rule, payments applied to the oldest charge first, a running balance, and the amount due as of any date.
